Audrina's Hot Body Tips!!

I've always thought Audrina from the Hills had a hot body but I figured she was one of those naturally fit girls..wrong! Audrina tells Us Weekly she works out on a daily basis. And her routine is surprisingly doable.

Audrina says that she "likes to mix up her workouts by doing 20 minutes of cardio and then lifting weights, and doing squats, lunges and crunches on a fitness ball.

‘When I’m sitting in front of the TV, I lift five-pound weights or do squats. And I wear heels when I vacuum [hoover] because it works my calves and my butt,' she told the weekly magazine.

Instead of going to the gym, the California girl prefers to sweat outdoors by hiking in Hollywood’s Runyon Canyon or swimming laps in her pool. "
