Kourtney Kardashian's Diet & Exercise Plan

Gorgeous Kourtney Kardashian  looks more beautiful & fitter than ever after just having her baby. At 30 something years old, she looks like a teen! Kourtney says she's been exercising 3-4 days a week, doin glots of squats and eating healthy.
One of her favorite things to eat she says, is a salad made with deli turkey, sunflower seeds, iceberg lettuce & cucumbers. Sounds boring, but Im eating it now as I type and it really is delicious! Kourtney loves this salad so much she told Life & Style Magazine "I die for this salad!"
Kourt also says shes eating lots of salmon for the first time in  her life & chicken. She looks amazing! I've never even had a baby and never looked as good as her..Go Kourtney!
