Victoria Beckham's sleek figure has long been the subject of speculation. Its been reported that Victoria has been following a low carbohydrate diet & is eating plenty of fennel.

Fennel is often used in detoxes & is believed to help curb cravings. A great alternative to eating fennel is juicing it with a few carrots for a seriously refreshing & cleansing treat.

Beckham is also knowen to snack on plenty of nuts and seeds to provide essential fatty acids, do 200 sit ups a day & sip peppermint tea to aid digestion.
She freely shares her love of a diet high in fruits in vegtables, crediting them with her helping keep her complexion glowing. Victoria says, "I eat really healthy, I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing" She loves to snack on edamame soy beans.
