Hardly anyone would disagree that Jennifer Lopez looks phenominal after just having given birth to twins, Max & Emme. For me, she redefines what 30 & 40 year old women are supposed to look like. There's no such things as " old" anymore with girls like JLo around!!
Jennifer gladly shares with Cosmopolitan Magazine some of her secrets to natural beauty.
"I always have taken good care of my skin", she says. "I keep it well hydrated. I like products like Creme de la Mer, Yon-Ka paris and Cle de Peau"
She credits lunges with helping keep her body toned saying,
"I always do lunges, even if Im in a hotel room with no equipment"
She says she loves a nude lip & pale lipglosses and like fellow beauty Eva Longoria, Jennifer loves facials & finds them highly beneficial.
She has also always spoken of how she does not drink alcohol.
